28th Amendment

Endgame 2012 - A Plan for World Peace

In 2010, I wrote the ebook 'Endgame 2012' advocating for the passage of the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to abolish war and nuclear weapons. Far from being a Utopian dream, the 28th Amendment is based on an existing legal precedent - Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution - which has been successful for over 64 years in effectively preventing the State in Japan from organizing and exporting political violence in war. The book features a debate on the 28th Amendment with the political theorist & philosopher Noam Chomsky of MIT.

Abolish War!

The 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The Abolition of War & Nuclear Weapons. (1) Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the American people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes. (2) To accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized.
